3.5 Platform Misuse & Security Violations
- Attempt to access restricted areas or systems

- Circumvent platform safeguards or monitoring
3.6 Intellectual Property Violations
- Upload content that infringes third-party IP rights
- Use logos, trademarks, or brand names without authorisation
3.7 Spam & Unauthorised Marketing

- Use the Platform for mass marketing without consent
- Redirect users to external platforms deceptively
3.8 Circumventing the Platform
- Attempt to bypass Tredicart to avoid platform rules
- Use the Platform solely to collect contacts for off-platform misuse
4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
Users are responsible for:
- Ensuring accuracy of all submitted information
- Conducting due diligence before transactions
- Complying with customs, tax, export, and import laws
- Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
