1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website www.tredicart.com, related applications, and services (collectively, the “Platform”). The Platform is owned and operated by Innocart Pvt Ltd, trading as Tredicart (“Tredicart”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you (“User”, “you”, “your”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
2. PLATFORM ROLE & LIMITATION
Tredicart operates as a B2B sourcing and trade facilitation platform.
- Tredicart does not manufacture, own, store, inspect, or sell goods.
- Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, quality, and compliance of their listings.
- Buyers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering transactions.
Tredicart acts only as a facilitator and intermediary and is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers.
3. ELIGIBILITY
You confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have the legal authority to represent your business.
- Your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. USER OBLIGATIONS
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate, truthful, and current information.
- Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.
- Use the Platform only for lawful business purposes.
- Not misrepresent products, certifications, origin, or pricing.
5. PROHIBITED ITEMS & ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES
Users must not list, promote, request, or transact in:
- Illegal, banned, or restricted goods.
- Counterfeit or infringing products.
- Products violating intellectual property rights.
- Sanctioned or embargoed goods.
- Goods requiring licenses without proper authorisation.
- Any item prohibited under UK, Indian, or international law.
6. MONITORING & ENFORCEMENT
Tredicart reserves the right (but not the obligation) to:
- Review, remove, or disable any listing or content.
- Suspend or permanently terminate user accounts.
- Refuse access to the Platform without notice.
- Cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
No compensation shall be payable for actions taken under this clause.
7. USER CONTENT & RESPONSIBILITY
All content uploaded by users (including product listings, descriptions, images, and communications):
- Remains the responsibility of the user.
- Must not be misleading, unlawful, or deceptive.
- Must not infringe third-party rights.
Tredicart is not liable for user-generated content.
8. TRANSACTIONS & PAYMENTS
- Tredicart does not guarantee successful transactions.
- Any agreements, payments, shipping, and delivery are handled directly between buyers and sellers.
- Tredicart is not responsible for payment disputes, quality issues, delays, or losses.
Where third-party payment providers are used, their terms apply.
9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” Tredicart makes no warranties regarding:
- Accuracy of listings.
- Suitability of products.
- Reliability of users.
- Commercial outcomes.
Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Tredicart shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Tredicart shall not be liable for losses arising from user actions or third-party conduct.
- Total liability, if any, shall be limited to fees paid to Tredicart (if applicable).
11. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tredicart, its directors, officers, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Platform.
- Your violation of these Terms.
- Your breach of laws or third-party rights.
12. TERMINATION
Tredicart may suspend or terminate access to the Platform at any time, without notice, if these Terms are violated or if unlawful activity is suspected.
13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Platform content, branding, logos, and materials (excluding user content) are the property of Tredicart and may not be used without prior written consent.
14. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Tredicart may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
