This policy applies to all users of Tredicart, operated by Innocart Pvt Ltd (trading as Tredicart).
All sellers and buyers must comply with applicable UK, Indian, and international trade laws.

1. ILLEGAL GOODS
The following are strictly prohibited:
- Goods banned under UK or Indian law
- Products prohibited by international conventions
- Goods linked to criminal activity
2. DRUGS, NARCOTICS & CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES
Including but not limited to:
- Illegal drugs and narcotics
- Psychotropic substances
- Drug paraphernalia
- Prescription medicines without proper authorisation
3. WEAPONS & MILITARY ITEMS
- Firearms, ammunition, and explosives
- Knives, tasers, and prohibited weapons
- Military-grade equipment
- Dual-use items without export licences
4. COUNTERFEIT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INFRINGEMENT
- Counterfeit or replica goods
- Trademark, copyright, or patent-infringing products
- Unauthorised branded products
- Products falsely claiming certification or origin
5. SANCTIONED & EMBARGOED GOODS
- Goods originating from or destined to sanctioned countries
- Transactions involving sanctioned individuals or entities
- Products violating UK or international sanctions regimes
6. HAZARDOUS & RESTRICTED MATERIALS
- Toxic chemicals and hazardous waste
- Radioactive materials
- Asbestos-containing products
- Industrial chemicals without proper permits
7. WILDLIFE, ANIMAL & PLANT PRODUCTS
- Endangered species or derivatives
- Ivory, animal skins, bones, or organs
- Products restricted under CITES
- Plants or seeds without phytosanitary clearance
8. FOOD, AGRICULTURAL & CONSUMABLE PRODUCTS (RESTRICTED)
Unless compliant with all applicable regulations:
- Food items without safety certification
- Products lacking FSSAI (India) or UK food compliance
- Alcohol and tobacco products
- Nutraceuticals and supplements without approval
9. MEDICAL & PHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCTS
- Medicines without regulatory approval
- Medical devices lacking certification
- Unlicensed health claims
- Controlled healthcare substances
10. CURRENCY, FINANCIAL & GOVERNMENT ITEMS
- Counterfeit currency
- Bonds, shares, or financial instruments
- Government-issued documents or IDs
- Official seals, stamps, or insignia
11. HUMAN TRAFFICKING & EXPLOITATION
- Forced labour–related goods
- Human trafficking in any form
- Goods produced using child labour
12. FRAUDULENT OR MISLEADING ACTIVITIES
- False pricing or fake leads
- Misrepresentation of product quality or origin
- Scam listings or deceptive practices
13. DATA, SURVEILLANCE & PRIVACY VIOLATIONS
- Spyware, surveillance devices
- Data scraping tools
- Products designed to invade privacy unlawfully
14. DIGITAL & CRYPTO-RELATED RISKS
- Illegal software or pirated content
- Unlicensed crypto schemes
- Fraudulent digital assets
15. UNETHICAL OR HIGH-RISK GOODS
- Goods linked to environmental harm
- Conflict minerals without disclosure
- Products violating ESG standards
16. ENFORCEMENT & ACTION
Tredicart reserves the right to:
- Remove prohibited listings immediately
- Suspend or terminate accounts
- Report illegal activity to authorities
- Cooperate with regulatory and enforcement agencies
No compensation will be provided for enforcement actions.
17. USER RESPONSIBILITY
- Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring products comply with all laws
- Buyers must perform due diligence before transactions
- Ignorance of the law is not a defence
18. POLICY UPDATES
This list may be updated to reflect changes in laws or trade regulations.
Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updates.
