I will not list, promote, or attempt to trade any items prohibited under Tredicart’s Prohibited Items & Activities Policy. I understand that listing prohibited or illegal items may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

3. Accuracy & Authenticity
All product descriptions, images, specifications, certifications, pricing, and origin details provided by me are accurate, truthful, and not misleading. I will not misrepresent product quality, compliance status, or country of origin.

4. Intellectual Property

I understand that Tredicart may remove listings, suspend accounts, or report activities to authorities if violations are suspected. I agree to cooperate with any investigation or compliance request.
